I filled a report with eBay immediately and seller responded but did nothing to resolve the issue when promised to solve. I had to wait 10 days to follow up with eBay and they refunded my money on the 1 missing tire. I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised. The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature. I had a question about the warranty which said to contact them about, and they took days again and no help.
