I was home the day the delivery was scheduled. I seen on the tracking that it showed item delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I sent emails explaining I hadn’t received my package. I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

They were not in a package and two labels came off, two tires came about a week after they were supposed to. I had a question about the warranty which said to contact them about, and they took days again and no help.
