      Item as described, arrived on time (to no fault of the seller, usps tracking is way off, said it would be three days late, the day it was delivered). Item works well, I've used it before, I do tweak the instructions a little. I've learned to use an entire bottle, if you think your clog is farther down the line, add just a little water behind it to push it through a little. I also let it set over night or all day and flush with boiling water instead of just hot water.
