I definitely recommend this brand. I definitely recommend this brand. The sound is very rich in detail with strength in the low frequencies and vocal presence in the mid frequencies. The high frequencies are there, very clearly but. The comfort will depend on each one, they are great for me. The sound signature is very similar to that of the AirPods Pro, the Apple being more accurate in the mid frequencies and the HK in the bass. I definitely recommend it. Great sounds, touch control a little disappointed
Can't get the volume control on the touch controls to work, I have to lower or raise the volume by voice commands and the voice commands work well , don't feel like going through the process of returning it. The sound is great I wouldn't expect anything less from the company, I'm a big fan of Harmon Kardon products. Simple, but classy look

Great soung but ergonomic design needs improvement
Sound is great but ergonomic design is not the best. The size of the ear pieces is big and they do not stay in the ears as they are supposed to, so they tend to fall off very often. Touch controls are also not user friendly.
