Shipping was prompt and tracking info was provided. Yhr knife was received within the schedule set by the USPS. The knife was exactly as depicted/described in the listing. I found the lock bar to be stiff and the blade pivot was gritty and dry. Leather sheath was dry and required oiling. Overall a good knife for the price.

The item pictures and description was not clear that I would be getting ambi cut grips. Upon receipt of the grips and contacting Shard, they conveyed that the non-ambi cut grips were not available and that they would accept the return with a full refund. Since these grips are custom made and one of a kind, I decided to accept the non-ambi cut grips due availability. Shard was a great seller to communicate with. Thanks Shard.

While the knife didn’t meet my expectations, I still like it overall, and appreciate their quick resolution and willingness to make things right.
