Packaging: Box way too big for the boots, as the box was delivered riddled with enormous holes that was re-taped from all sides, yet I could still place my fist through the holes. That would explain why it took P.O. 11 days to arrive. Communication with seller could improve. After my emails to her, she was going to P. O. Never heard back. I took it upon myself to investigate the situation with USPS.
