I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised. The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature.
