Too expensive for the horrible quality. Condition is new. It takes 4-5 coats to achieve a somewhat opaque finish and then it is still streaky. Color appearance in bottle different from application. This polish is flat with no shiny finish. Can't use on my clients. Better off with "Dollar Store" polish. Seller recommended, shipped quickly, packaged with no damage. I just want to clarify and reply to this feedback for other buyers to aware of this as well. This collection is Neon Collection which has semi-matte or matte finish. If you need it glossy, you’ll need glossy top coat. As for this is neon color, you’ll need to use white base coat to make the color pop or stand out without several coats. If you don’t use white base, it will look like transparent watercolor matte. TY.
