I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised. The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature. They took days to answer and wouldn't change it to what was entered on order, claiming there could be theft which had more of a chance at my house. They were not in a package and two labels came off, two tires came about a week after they were supposed to. I had a question about the warranty which said to contact them about, and they took days again and no help.
