    For the first 5 days, I didn't have any communication so I was concerned. I emailed the seller, the seller said her car broke down. So that was fine. As soon as the item was shipped, it arrived in 2 days. However, when I opened the box, both the packaging and doll smelled like cigarette smoke. I saw one star review after I purchased the doll. I wish I had known this fact before so I had a choice not to purchase. I will wash the doll, shampoo the hair, wash the entire outfit.

    I do apologize. It seems some of the packing material I got has this issue which I have been trying to straighten out. The doll was washed including the hair and clothes so hearing this is upsetting. I do apologize.
