I’ve tried contacting the seller several times and no response. Shipping cost is a scam. I will never use or recommend this seller. I paid a total of $38 and received back $18.

      That's not true, I paid you your money back, exactly what you had in the return? Why are you lying? you never once contacted me, not once? you did not receive back $18.00? I paid your money back, I am now reporting you to Ebay, they will look into it and see your lying, they can also see that you never once sent me a message, it'd sad how someone can flat out lie about someone else.
