The item was shipped overseas but unfortunately the Barbie box itself got damaged during the process. After negotiation with the seller, they were kind enough in refunding half the amount purchased for the item to avoid the hassle of shipping back overseas. Delivery date was prompt.

It arrived well packaged and in good condition. I am really happy with the workmanship and service from this seller. I will gladly buy from them again.
