    Worth Trying!

    My final-final assessment about the effectiveness of this complex is still to be determined since I haven't been taking it for long. However, I am under the impression (Placebo effect?) that I am getting up fewer times at night, and, therefore, I am resting better. I wonder if the lab wouldn't consider listing the % for the major players in the formula; specifically, I would like to know how much beta-sitosterol is in this complex. This supplement earns high marks for packing the product in easy to swallow gels. Actually, I don't understand why so many other vitamins, minerals, and nutrients of every sort only come in large, hard to swallow tablets that go down like cement blocks.
