      Timing

      So this went on a 1998 dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins, under the left battery all was well until I went to install the servo does this part work yes is it timed/clocked correctly for the application no. Can it be retimed yes Take two small oil filter wrench’s put one on the plastic body and one on the metal hat put the wrench on the plastic body in a vice, take the other wrench and make the timing of the pins correct And install

      Dodge cruise control servo

      This servo description said it was for a Dodge Eagle but it was a perfect match except for mounting housing orientation. It still worked perfectly for my 1997 Dodge ram 1500 Laramie 5.9L truck! It's a great substitute since the actual part number was discontinued last year!

      Very nice servo assembly.

      Ordered this speed control servo to replace a unit in my truck that quit working. Unit was in very nice condition and arrived quickly via USPS. Only wrinkle was it had a different electrical connector than my original, but the new one came with the appropriate connector. Not a big deal as I was able to splice the new connector to the existing harness. Fits just fine and everything looks good.
