They were uninterested in resolving the issue other than return it (could not needed it to go a trip) meaning I would need to pay for additonal installation and such. Business showed no concern. They falsely advertised the buy again feature with another rim.

The rim for my Tesla was delivered, and immediately I noticed it was the wrong size. I contacted the seller right away, but they were slow to respond. Instead of trying to resolve the issue properly, they insisted I just mail the item back without going through the official eBay return process.
