    Great alternative to overpriced OEM

    I have used aftermarket grips on all my recent DSLRs and never really had any issues with them, so when I got the D810, it was a no-brainer to get another off brand part. I used a Meike grip on my D7000 in the past and had no issues, plus the price is very competitive with other grips. It is plastic, but for me that is a plus, as I carry this around in the backcountry as spare battery holder, as well as at race tracks where I hand-hold large and already heavy lenses. The one issue with this grip that needs to be pointed out and costs it a 5 star rating (and a web research shows this may affect all aftermarket grips) is that in default camera configuration on the D810 it will only briefly work, then go into a mode that makes the camera inoperable.     Mine came with ONE battery, not two. Don't buy from digiaccdeals

    Everything works great and I use it all the time! Truly love it. Wonderful product and well worth the money! Although, mine shipped with ONE battery and not two - without any response from the company. So be sure that you have communication with someone you are buying from, or you could lose out of $50+ worth of your purchase.

    Way overpriced ... but no substitute for the real thing ...

    I hate Nikon for gouging the consumers with overpriced accessories like this grip. I've gone through 3 different 3rd party grips just so I can avoid buying the pricey Nikon grip but they all exhibited varying degrees of problems that I could not overcome. Hence, I did the next best thing, getting a used unit from eBay. The Nikon grip has been working flawlessly and have not shown any of the problems that I have had with the 3rd party grips, including but limited to not recognizing the battery in the grip or body, false low battery alarm when the battery is not depleted, not to mention low build quality. I am thrilled having purchased a perfectly functioning Nikon grip 2nd hand at the price I am comfortable with. Thank you eBay.

    DSTE Battery Grip

    Both my Nikon D7100 and D810 have them, My D7100 has had it's Battery Grip has had it on for quite a while without issue, very sturdy easy to use, adds to the cameras handling, always the first purchase after the Camera. Seems like I'm getting a shot or two more per second with the Grip but the shutter is just too fast to tell (lol), Way more speed than I need. The Grip has the quality and performance you would expect at a far higher price. This is one addition to your bag you will not regret.

    MB-D12 battery pack

    i bought this battery pack for my d810. for the price i think its higher that is suppose to be. but compared to other battery packs that will suit my camera i think this is by far the best that works with the camera itself. it feels study it functions very well the dials and the button is really responsive not loose compared to other brands. you won't go wrong. i definitely want a good battery pack to pair with my camera that to start with is a pretty expensive gadget.
