Upon arrival the rim was different than the one I bought. I have pictures but cannot get a link that works to ebay. I contacted the business that day. They were uninterested in resolving the issue other than return it (could not needed it to go a trip) meaning I would need to pay for additonal installation and such. Business showed no concern. They falsely advertised the buy again feature with another rim.

The rim for my Tesla was delivered, and immediately I noticed it was the wrong size. I contacted the seller right away, but they were slow to respond. Instead of trying to resolve the issue properly, they insisted I just mail the item back without going through the official eBay return process. I’ve been patient, but now I’m stuck with a rim that doesn’t fit my vehicle—all because the wheel description was incorrect.Reply from: alphas-autoparts- Feedback replied by seller alphas-autoparts.- Feedback replied by seller alphas-autoparts.With all due respect, our records show that we offered a return option, subject to a standard restocking fee, as outlined in our return policy.
