He accepted the refund of $65.00 dollars which is what it cost to replace with new the M18 4ah battery and M18 Charger if bought on Ebay.

I bought a brand new one from Best Buy and worked as intended in comparison. Please be aware that this seller is misleading and leaving out information about the item or simply did not test this used router before shipping. Item was also not shipped safely. It was shipped in the box it comes in. No bubble wrap for security or a box for privacy or safety.
