As noted in the description, the Foggy Sea HDD tray has threaded metal inserts for the screws embedded in it. It comes with the slightly longer #6-32 screws needed to reach the inserts, which is important. And since it's 3D printed, one can hacksaw off part of the front to fit behind a fan, in a pinch.
