    Seller did not even attempt to ship in time stated in ad, when I contacted him he never replied. I filed a cancellation, he denied it and stated it was being shipped that day (6 days after), I told him that the bike racks would not fit our Sondors bikes as he stated in the ad, he refused to cancel and refund. I contacted him several times, and he just argued with me, even sent a pic of my bike. I filed a dispute, he never shipped. I paid $576.00 for 2, and Ebay helped retrieve my refund 5 days!

    The rack provided was not what was pictured and did not fit my smarts that bike. I contacted the seller and had to take everything back to the store and did not get a response in a timely fashion about replacing the rack or providing a full refund. I escalated to eBay for support and it looks like a refund is now in process. It looks like the item is now reposted at a higher cost. The cost for the item was originally posted for $169.
