As others have noted, a couple screws on the bottom were just hanging loose and fell out when I unboxed. No big deal, I screwed them in. The inner box was a bit damaged too. The machine works great and is undamaged, and you can't beat the price, so I'm happy.

But like other machine feedback the screws on the bottom had fallen out so be careful when you lift your machine from the box so as not to loose them. I simply screwed them back in. This machine was in a very beat up silhouette box within a brown outer box. I have done two projects and the machine is fine. It is much quieter and faster than the Silhouette 4. It came with all the expected accessories. Very happy with my purchase. Excellent value.

Turns out all the Screws on the bottom of the machine were out! I managed to collect all but one which may have very well fell out of the open box or hole in the box BUT I got my little screwdriver out and put all the screws I did find back in. It is New and working Great! Can’t beat the price!

The outside box was a perfect brown box as described but inside was a totally untouched official box. Everything was wrapped in foam packing and taped everywhere. I don't know how you do it but the price was unbelievable even with small extra duty charges. I am so thrilled. Thank you so very much!
