    Seller indicated item was delivered, I checked for the package, checked with neighbors , no luck. I then viewed my security video for time and date it was reported as delivered. On the camera, 2 large boxes and daily mail was clearly viewed being placed on porch, but not the missing package , I contacted seller, no remedy was offered, customer service ruled in sellers favor. Poor customer service and since I purchase this item yearly, they have lost me and others as a customer
