Somewhere along the way, the perforated strip opened and the battery slipped out, so there was just a flat, empty envelope in my mailbox. I reached out to the seller about it and they promptly sent out a replacement. This time it was packaged more securely and I received it without issue. The battery works perfectly and I'm happy with it.
