You can watch your folders and files transfer to it, but when you open them, the folders are either not there, or empty with no files. Seller falsely advertised USB 3.0 & included a 3.0 adapter, as if that makes the drive actually new. The box lists compatible operating systems and doesn't even list Windows 11, stops at 10, so you can tell it's old.
