I was home the day the delivery was scheduled. I seen on the tracking that it showed item delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I sent emails explaining I hadn’t received my package. I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature.
