    Greatest Thing Ever

    I love how fast this thing unclogs my ducts. As a nursing mom I always have clugged ducts and within 5 minutes they are a lot better.

    Does not work

    Did not work at all for me. I heated it up for the recommended time and it did not heat up enough,a nd the instructions stated to not heat any more than what was listed. Tried freezing it overnight and in the morning tried using it and it was not at all cool/cold.
