I paid for a heavy duty dishwasher part with steel bolts and washers and received a cheep plastic piece of junk! I purchased the higher priced part since the plastic tends to get brittle. The description clearly stated that it had steel hardware along with detailed pictures. I reached out to seller multiple times over a week spand and I have yet to hear anything from them. Would never buy from them again.
