- s***6 (274)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseMy rc body was shipped in an empty 12pack soda box. The box was crushed by the time it got delivered. I opened the box and inspected the body. After putting a coat of paint on the body, I found a large crease in the body that is likely going to affect the structure of the body. Immediately contacted seller and was told they ship like this all the time, must have been the mailman’s fault for jamming into a mailbox. Seller refunded $5 and basically told my not their fault. Offered a goodwill discount for the minor defect (you did not even see it when painting), then you started giving threats, so we were done offering to help. The box was filled with shipping air bags.

Phone was shipped in a lighter-weight box with just an air pillow. The box also had a cutout that was missing (3" x 2.5") and the hole was just taped over and the package shipped. I debated on whether to leave neutral or negative comments after notifying the seller and getting their reply.
