Unfortunately the bracelet was lost by the delivery company in transit. The seller gave me the options of sending another or a refund. I eventually opted for a refund as the delivery company had lost two packages. No fault of the seller and they quickly tried to find out what had happened and processed the refund. Such a shame as the bracelet looked lovely, but the Sellers customer service is excellent.
