Hard to put it on, persistence required. Mill plate screwed to main body has nubs on the back keeping it from going in all the way, leaves fat gap and screws will not screw in all the way so Dremmel adjustment on the nubs on the back of plate required. Be careful not to lose ball bearing inside adjuster barrel, it falls out assembling. All in all, for the price, I am satisfied.
