When received, it was clear that in that side, the tag was ripped off, leaving a hole, which was then haphazardly sewn together with mismatching thread (see pic). This was not shown/detailed in the listing, which stated it was new (pics of original listing included). Asked for a refund, tried to excuse AI use w/o checking it and then only offered a 2% refund after discussing.
