I'm not sure about the active noise cancellation...they don't appear to do anything in a home environment, but I have yet to test them on an airplane (I had expensive anc headphones for years, and you could tell the anc was present even in a quiet environment, so I suspect the "anc" features on these is a placebo). What I will commend them on is that they fit comfortably, sound quality is ok, and the bluetooth is seamless.
