Brand new as described. Aside a small cut in the plastic bag (it’s over 24 years old, glad it’s held up so well) the comforter is still in the bag its packaging was secured. I’m happy to have a brand new comforter from my childhood that I lost in a house fire, worth the value. It’s great to have a brand new one next to the 2 used ones that I bought recently.
