The packaging wasn’t the best for me but because it was being shipped to my overseas shipping address but they wouldn’t have known that. Laptop does get hot above where the cooling system is at times. Looks brand new doesn’t come with the pen. For me it was a steal at the price it’s at only down side was the display not 72 ntsc as I do design and print work. Overall a good buy

Also, just disappointed in the overall build quality of the Lenovo Ideapad generally. It feels a bit flimsy, like it's not going to survive more than 3 years max, but I guess you get what you pay for
