There was obviously tremendous care involved in packing up the turntable and attached cover. Unfortunately, somewhere in transit, somehow the tabs that connect the dust cover to the turntable base snapped off. Communication with the seller was beyond exceptional! He filed a claim with the shipper, FedEx and I was updated by the seller every step of the way! Eventually we mutually resolved the issue. I highly recommend hi-end.audio!
