    There was a a slight hiccup with delivery which was to do with the courier. The communication and rectifying it could not have been better and the person (who gave their name!) corrected the issues immediately and kept me informed. You couldn't ask for more. The packaging was compact but clearly very protective of the computer. Overall - very impressed and I would thoroughly recommend them.

    Deecies initially lacked updates on my delayed iMac, making me question their legitimacy. However, Daniel’s prompt and honest response clarified Apple’s supply issues, easing my concerns. He provided regular updates, confirming my iMac’s UK arrival on February 18th. True to his word, it arrived on February 20th in perfect condition.
