- y***d (622)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem came damaged. Only lens side of camera was properly packaged. Seller was willing to assist me in claim but it was left to me to deal with post office. Seller did offer refund if I made claim to EBay, but only after I did leg work to two different PO locations. Item was cheap enough that I just ate it and moved on with my life, as I’m busy and am just over it.Reply from: photostop- Feedback replied by seller photostop.- Feedback replied by seller photostop.I asked you to file a claim with ebay and tell them that the camera was delivered damaged and offered to refund your payment The camera was sent in a box and was properly packaged. The post office includes insurance so I filed a claim. They sent you a letter asking you to bring the camera and box to them for postal inspection because they do not pay claims based on the honor system. I'm not sure why you went to two locations. I followed all the ebay guidelines to resolve this problem.
