Refunded immediately and shared that they thought it was a bit grainy too. The shipping was way reasonable, too. They did not ask for me to return the item, so they were more than fair all the way around. I will donate it, but I would definitely do business with them again, for the simple reason that they were wonderful to deal with. Thank you, it's a rarity....
