    I contacted the seller because the item title was wrong and they were fairly quick with communication. The pictures were right and the seller adjusted the title of the item to be correct. The shipping envelope they were in had been broken open in the bottom and because the items had stickiness they stayed in just enough not to fall out. They could have been packaged more securely. These were new unused items.

    Item was not received. Originally ordered in April, thought the color was dark blond as that was the color on the box pictured, but that was incorrect. I repeatedly received notifications of shippings throughout April but they never showed as delivered and weren’t received. Noted to the seller that I had not received anything and the color was not what I wanted. I again received a shipping notice, it was supposedly delivered yesterday, but was not received. I assume the tracking info is bogus.
