Instructions need a lot of work, it has the keys on the outside, which is fine, but you visually can tell where to insert them and the instruction manual is inside the safe, took some time but I figured it out. it is battery operated but nowhere in the instructions does it tell you where the batteries are or how to get to them. bad instructions
