Once again, the boots were even better than described, packaged securely, and shipped promptly - so promptly, in fact, that they arrived a full week ahead of the estimated delivery time. They were sent in a plastic bag with no protection put around the boots to prevent damage during shipping. When I received them them the bag had several small cuts in the bag from shipping, I buy and sell boots myself and ALWAYS put them in a BOOT BOX and wrap each boot to prevent damage during shipping, I get these boxes from a local boot store. Change your shipping practices
