It was only after I sent a 3rd message almost 30 days after purchase (dispatch was 2-3 days after purchase) and giving them 48 hours to respond before going to eBay that I got an answer that they had email "problems" and refunded my money. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item I purchased. The clock is almost 150 years old, has been refinished. Some of the glue adhering the case together just couldn't survive the jostling around. It was packaged well so nothing was damaged beyond repair. Highly Recommended. THANKS
