    This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave negative feedback on Ebay :( The sweater arrived with a hole in the center. The seller said she didn’t have to disclose the hole since she had listed it as ‘Good’ condition (she said this means it’s allowed to be sold with undisclosed flaws.) Then she said I had cut the hole myself. I just feel tricked, and I think I’m most uncomfortable with how much she seemed to enjoy the gotcha moment when she let me know there was nothing I could do about it.
