To me it would appear this head unit might as well have been new in box. I’d say it was quite a bargain in comparison. Despite the minor issues with light bleed in the panel, I feel like this clean looking receiver was made for my car. All the features worked wonderfully and I can enjoy the improved sound quality. Excellent product.

They explained that they couldn't do it for whatever reason, only to make me an offer for a brand new unit that I couldn't refuse.
