      The NIB item was lost in shipping due to USPS damaging the package. I received an empty box marked RTS (return to sender). We still haven't figured that one out. Seller is pursuing an insurance claim and in the meantime made a full refund. I purchased a replacement from elsewhere because seller was out of stock for another unit. This was handled quickly and professionally and I would purchase from the seller again. Recommended.
