I contacted UPS, they told me the address it was delivered to and to contact the seller. I did and the seller immediately tracked it. UPS said it was damaged in transit. He offered a replacement or a refund. The next day UPS delivered my DVD undamaged. I have notified the seller about it and that no further action is needed. This seller is WONDERFUL to deal with!
