Described as new, but the blister was loose on the right side with damage to the card where it came loose. I don't believe this seller is out to rip me off, though. Shipping was quick and packaging was good. As a long time Hot Wheels collector, I very carefully glued the damaged area and blister back to the card and it looks perfect.
