The 1000w motor climbs the hills of upstate New York well, often maintaining 20+ mph. The 20AH battery included will get you 20-21 miles of throttle only range with minor changes in elevation. Since I have purchased and received on April 28th, I have put 824.5 miles on it (June 13th), and it is very comfortable and stable. It is my daily commuter to college, 10.5 miles away in one direction.

There was no manual in the box. However, the seller send my his email a copy of the manual. There still if no contact info for the manufacturer. I bought an extended warranty but that will not kick In until next year. Still trying to get that info off of the seller. Also, the link going back to the description for the bike has changed. WTF!
