      Works for me

      These work great. I don't have a problem falling asleep. My problem is staying asleep. I'll sometimes sleep as little as 4 hours and wake up wide awake. That happens way too often. Took one of these last night and slept 7 1/2 hours. Closed my eyes and was able to sleep another hour which felt pretty good. My normal routine is usually around 6 hours of sleep. I actually went to the doctor and got some prescription sleeping pills a few months ago but they leave me feeling kind of groggy for a while when I wake up. I'd recommend these over the prescription pills anytime. There's no groggy feeling when I wake up!
