      I received the item quickly but upon receiving it I found that part of the power supply cable was missing. I contacted 407Electonics about the missing item. They were sorry for the inconvenience and said they found the part and shipped it out the next day. They also stated they would take the necessary steps to make sure this didn't happen again to other customers. I receive the missing part today and the device works fine.
